Mickey Baines is a leader and innovator. In the summer of 2011, Mickey developed Fourth Dimension Partners, a higher education consulting practice. Prior to that, he spent almost 15 years inside education with several institutions, including Albright College, the North Carolina School of the Arts and Elizabethtown College. Professionally, Mickey’s interests include innovation, social media and strategic planning.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Yocum Institute for Arts Education (formerly Wyomissing Institute of Arts) and as Service Learning Coordinator and member of the Faculty of Advisors for Leadership Berks. In addition, he is an independent contractor with T.O. Epps & Associates, serving as an On-Air Guest, representing products on QVC.
In his spare time, Mickey enjoys reading, acoustic music and golf.
